WE GOT IT!

They counter offered for 10k more (which was our goal) and WE'RE GOING TO CLOSE OCTOBER 6! It's in the neighborhood we've been drooling over for 3 years. Tomorrow we will sign all the papers. Then we will have the appraisal done. If it comes back as expected we'll be smooth sailing from there. Unfortunately I had to tell Jordan through txt message, which was kind of weird. He's in Gainseville until 2 am for some stupid football game. Football always manages to wiggle it's way into our lives....
