We officially moved up the closing date to "Oct 3rd or sooner." Pretty much as soon as the bank has the paperwork, we're signing it. The broker thought the 29th was cutting it a little close, but sometime between the 29th and the 3rd we will be multi-property owners! Landlords and homeowners. I like it!
