We met with our realtor, Jaime, and signed papers today to put an offer on the house. We put in a pretty low offer, but since it's a short sale and we don't have an appraisal we wanted to be on the low side. Hopefully we'll hear back from the bank by July 1st to know what they want to do.
On Thursday we're meeting with her again to do the paperwork for our condo. It shouldn't be hard to rent this place out, according to Jaime, because it's so "cute". Exciting times! Hope it's a smooth transition!

it's terrifying signing your life away like that. Well, I guess you have already doen it once with the condo, but now with a house! How exciting though. The pictures make it look sooo cute. Where is it at?
